Digital filmmaker Bart Santello and Psychotropic Films announce the launch of a new film project: "The Spaces Between Time: an inquiry into the film - The Outskirts of Infinity"
******************************************
In the span of eight years, nine versions of my film 'The Outskirts of Infinity' have been released. Each version has revealed itself an insight into figuring the film out. And over time, these eight previous versions represented an evolution step toward that understanding of why the film became what it is today.
With that in mind, I wanted to share where the concepts behind 'The Outskirts of Infinity' originated. The Spaces Between Time will be a film that opens an inquiry into "Outskirts" which captured a moment in the life of the abandoned mining town of Ruby, Arizona. The objective is to connect the present with the ghosts of the past. At the same time, observe the film's exploration into animal spirits and portals through time.

FOR THE NEW FILM: 'THE SPACES BETWEEN TIME"
I'm really excited to announce that educator Gina Aroneo will be writing and producing this film project. Gina's brings a background in English Literature and extensive teaching in 'Theory of Knowledge' and 'Post Modernism'. Her intrigue with the Outskirts of Infinity, really will help bring a high level of intellectual energy to this project.
In addition to Gina, Scott Hellon, a seasoned filmmaker with Point of View Pictures in Tucson, will be providing both creative and technical assistance to the project. I feel Scott will help add depth to 'The Spaces In Between" in whatever way his talents in screenwriting, directing and developing film concepts, connect with the framework of this project.
Back in 2005 I was ready and excited to start a couple of film projects - Outskirts; and the other at that time in 2005 was "Strange Attractor". I had heard of the bats that fly from the abandoned mine tunnels in Ruby and wanted to film it. This area by the international border was my new home and I was fascinated by the history and the people that live in this remote edge of the country.
When I first went to Ruby I met the caretaker at the time: Sundog. He was an interesting back woods craftsman who living alone at Ruby, created such a presence that it opened up an opportunity as a filmmaker to witness Sundog provide that connection between nature and people. 'The Spaces Between Time" will look our fragmented memories of the past along with how the film interplays those memories in the metaphysical realm.
